Ingredients
Chia Pudding:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 scoop L-Glycine
Optional toppings:
- Fresh berries
- Almond butter
- Pumpkin seeds
- Hemp hearts
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix well to combine.
- Distribute the mixture amongst four jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to thicken.
- Once set, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Storage Instructions: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
