Key Lime Coconut Popsicles

Make these creamy, anti-inflammatory Key Lime Coconut Popsicles to support brain health and cognitive function.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 limes, freshly squeezed
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Omega Twist
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm (about 8 hours).
- Run mold under warm water to loosen popsicles, pop out and enjoy immediately!
